In order to make a purchase from our website you will be asked to give some personal information. Please be advised that we only asked for the information that is necessary.

Orders & Delivery

We remain the owner of the product that we supply to you until we have received payment in full for the product. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and must be paid for in New Zealand dollars. We only deliver within New Zealand and Australia. The product is at your risk as soon as it is delivered to you. Delivery will be considered to have been made when it is left at the address nominated in your order, or when a "Card to Call" delivery slip has been left at that premises.

Refund Policy

If your good arrive damaged or you are unsatisfied with the purchase you have made we ask that you make immediate contact with us so that we can arrange for the gifts to be returned of replaced. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you paid via credit card you will be refunded the amount of your product minus the transaction fee at the time set by the processing company.
